Entrust your cards to Kudo Vault for professional grading management through Beckett Grading Services (BGS).

The Basic service is designed for collectors and investors who wish to certify their cards within standard timelines, maintaining high standards of security, care, and transparency.

What the service includes

• Initial card inspection
• Pre-Grading with professional cleaning, performed when necessary, to remove dust, fingerprints, and non-permanent surface residues
• Professional preparation for shipping
• Completion and full management of the submission with Beckett
• Monitoring of the process until return
• Management and secure redelivery of graded cards

Each card is handled with care and according to structured procedures.

Shipping

Outbound shipping to Kudo Vault is at the customer's expense. If necessary, Kudo Vault can provide support in choosing the most suitable shipping method and correct packaging procedures.

Once grading is complete and the cards have returned to Kudo Vault, return shipping is arranged with the customer, choosing the most convenient and secure solution available at the time.

For return shipments, UPS is generally recommended, unless there are different needs or specific requests from the customer.

Timelines

The Basic service has an indicative timeline of approximately 75 business days from the submission closing.

Timelines may vary based on Beckett Grading Services' workload and are not dependent on Kudo Vault.

Insurance

The insurance coverage included in the service is up to €100 per card.

For higher values, an extended insurance can be requested for a fee, calculated based on the declared value and according to the conditions of the carrier used for shipping.

In case of loss or damage, any reimbursement is subject to the carrier's assessment and will be determined based on the card's market value at the time of the incident, in relation to the declared value as shipment content.

Documentation proving the value (e.g., recent comparable sales, purchase receipts, or other objective evidence) is not mandatory at the time of service purchase but is strongly recommended. In case of an incident, such documentation can facilitate and speed up the verification procedure and any reimbursement.

Any amount recognized by the carrier will be determined solely according to the terms and conditions of the transport contract.

The Pre-Grading and any professional cleaning do not constitute any guarantee on the final grading result.
