Kudo Vault operates in compliance with current European consumer protection legislation.

Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to European legislation, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within:

14 days from delivery of the order without obligation to provide a reason.

Return Conditions

To exercise the right of withdrawal:

• The product must be returned intact

• It must not show signs of use or manipulation

• It must be returned in the same condition as received.

Kudo Vault reserves the right to verify the condition of the returned product.

Products Excluded from Return

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Customized or made-to-order products

• Services already performed or started

• Grading services

• Restoration or card care services

Once the service has started, it is not possible to request cancellations or refunds.

To initiate a return request, the customer must contact Kudo Vault through official channels within the required timeframe.

Return Costs

Unless otherwise indicated:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once the product has been received and verified:

• The refund will be issued using the original payment method.

• The refund will be processed within the terms established by current legislation

Reduction in Product Value

The customer is responsible for any decrease in value resulting from:

• Improper use

• Unnecessary manipulation

• Damages

In such cases, the refund may be subject to proportional adjustments.

Legal Guarantee

All products sold by Kudo Vault are covered by:

Legal guarantee of conformity pursuant to European legislation.

The guarantee covers exclusively defects of conformity existing before delivery.
